When will I receive my order?

Please allow 4 weeks from the date of order. We aim to dispatch within 3-4 weeks of the initial order date. Carriage via pallet is generally 3-5 working days.

I need my order in a hurry, can I have it sooner?

On a case-by-case basis, maybe. We have a finite production capacity, and due to various other factors, such as our current work queue, your order quantity and the required curing time, generally we can’t dispatch any stone order quicker than 10 days.

I need my order by a specific date, can this be arranged?

Date specific delivery can be arranged. However, this needs to be stated at point of order and after emailing us first to establish that we can meet your required delivery date.

Can I collect my order?

Unfortunately not. Our current production site has a “no members of public” clause the in T&C’s of our tenancy agreement.
