We welcome Ben onto the King Heavy Team!

After seeing Ben on Instagram throw around one of our 250lb/113kg Strongman Sandbags like it was full of air, it was a no-brainer to team up with this absolute beast.

Ben has a bunch of podium finishes at national level and has been training hard throughout lockdown to start the competitive season strong.

Asides from his own training, Ben provides Strength and Conditioning Programmes to high end athletes, some of which have recently had the call up for the British and Irish Lions South Africa Tour 2021.

We look forward to seeing Ben compete this year and wish him the best of luck.
